Maintenance Manager: In-charge of the overall maintenance of the property including preventive maintenance, order parts, repairing & replacing, plumbing, painting, installing & making schedules for all maintenance personnel and recruiting maintenance staff with Managers Approval.
Housekeeping Supervisor: In-charge of the housekeeping department to make house keeping schedules, recruting housekeeping staff with Managers approval, Order cleaning supplies as well as breakfast supplies.
Accounting Analyst: To review and analyze business, financial and accounting data. Must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalence and 2+ years of experience.
Management Analyst: Develop marketing, investment and business growth and expansion strategy.Perform investment, budget and financial research and analysis. Must have knowledge of bank, regulatory and investments policies. Must have Bachelors degree in Business Administration and one year of experience.
General Manager: Qualified candidates will have a successful track record in hotel operations as a General Manager with F&B. Key areas include: Sales and Marketing Leadership, Food & Beverage Operations, Revenue Management, Customer Service Results, Selection and Development of Supervisory Team and Financial Reporting. Experience in the Hilton and Holiday Inn Brands preferred. Candidates should possess the ability to maintain established costs and quality standards in order to ensure superior service and maximize profits.
Front Office Manager: Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all front office operations to insure profitability, control costs and quality standards ensuring total guest satisfaction. A combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required. A minimum of two years experience as an assistant front office manager and a college degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
